Back to School

Back to School just means back to crummy eating and fast food for most of us!  How in the world are you supposed to loose weight when you need to cart kids, dogs, spouses and what not around everywhere and live in your car!!!

I remember the days when I used to joke and say "All's I need are a sink and a toilet in my car and there would be no reason to ever leave it!!" Who else out there is running the same kind of life?  Then it hit.  60lbs worth of hit and  I thought really...... when did I get a second butt?  I don't remember ordering it!!

I was the 4 F's: Female, Fat, Fatigued and Forty!! Not exactly the plan I had going for my life if you know what I mean.  I was supposed to stay only 5lbs heavier than the day I got married! Yeah right. Nice plan, wrong execution!!!!
